It all started with one impulsive decision.
One day after work, I went straight to the clinic, hoping to have a chance to ask about egg freezing.
My first impression when I walked into the clinic was that the environment was very peaceful. The waiting area was so elegant that it felt like stepping into a café, giving me a very relaxing feeling. Also, entering the building requires exchanging an ID, which made me feel more reassured about privacy.
The nurse was very gentle and explained the process and estimated costs in great detail. Even though I had not done much research beforehand, I was still able to understand everything clearly. I am also very grateful that the nurse patiently answered each of my questions and concerns. Before I had decided whether to begin treatment, I never felt pressured or pushed into anything, and I truly appreciate Yun-I for that.
I also highly recommend Yun-I’s app service. Whenever I suddenly thought of any question, I could simply send a message, and a professional staff member would help explain and answer my concerns. If the issue was more complicated, the clinic staff would even confirm when I was available to take a call and then explain everything in detail over the phone. The Yun-I app system truly feels thoughtful and convenient.
From the moment I officially decided to begin treatment until the egg retrieval was completed, Yun-I’s professionalism really speaks for itself. However, there were a few details that I had not seen mentioned in online materials or videos, so I would especially like to bring them up and say thank you.
Thank you to the nurse for thoughtfully reminding me, when teaching me how to inject myself, to choose an area on my abdomen without visible blood vessels, as this would make bruising less likely. Thank you also for reminding me that it is normal for a little medication to remain in the syringe after injection. These small reminders helped reduce my anxiety and confusion when I had to do the injections myself at home.
On the day of the procedure, I also want to thank the nurse for staying with me the entire time until the doctor arrived. When I woke up, there was also a nurse by my side. I would be lying if I said I was not nervous that day, but these thoughtful actions greatly reduced my anxiety. I am truly grateful to everyone at Yun-I.
Lastly, of course, I want to thank my good luck for giving me the chance to be treated by Dr. Hui-Po Li.
From the very beginning, Dr. Li explained everything in great detail. Even during the internal examination, he could sense my anxiety, comforted me, and used a gentler touch to avoid making me uncomfortable. His professionalism and skilled technique made me feel very fortunate. The procedure really felt like it was over in an instant :P
I also had a small wish to take a photo with the doctor as a memory, and he agreed very readily. He even said we should make sure the photo looked good. These little things made me feel so touched.
Dr. Li truly combines professionalism, kindness, and charm. I am not sure whether I can say this, but I really feel that he is charming, cute, and handsome. It made me feel like I had become a little fan >///<
Dr. Li even encouraged me to cherish a good partner if I meet one, which made him feel even more approachable.
With every consultation and each step of the treatment process, every member of the Yun-I team I met made me even more certain that my decision was the right one.
I am very grateful to the friend who gave me the push I needed to walk into the clinic, and I am also deeply grateful to every person at Yun-I who helped me successfully complete my egg freezing journey.
