Egg & Embryo Freezing

Embryo Cryopreservation

Embryos are preserved using vitrification, providing flexibility for future fertility plans.

CHAPTER 01

Embryo Cryopreservation

If transfer in the current cycle is unsuitable due to the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, health conditions, or personal factors, all embryos may first be frozen (Freeze-all). Transfer can be performed later at an appropriate time, improving treatment safety and success rates.

If good-quality embryos remain after transfer, they can be cryopreserved and thawed for a future transfer, increasing future chances of pregnancy.

Under Taiwan's Assisted Reproduction Act, embryos may be cryopreserved for up to 10 years.
